About Save Your Properties is “The Foreclosure Solution.”
Save Your Properties Inc (SYP) consists of two bi-fold programs serving both the lender and the client; a for-profit consulting firm offering advisory, strategic planning, foreclosure assistance and real estate coordination services to both home owners in need of foreclosure assistance and real estate investors. Realizing that many people may need the services, but may not be able to afford them, SYP, established a non-profit, The School of Financial Transformation, Inc. (S.O.F.T) that offers the same valuable services on a sliding scale fee. Both offer information, education, preparation, and most of all Transformation. We specialize in foreclosure prevention, and debt cancellation. We engage real estate investors, financial experts and lending institutions to meet the changing needs of their clientele. In contacting lenders we assure them that if they trust us with their un-qualified borrower, we will return to them financially healthy clients within one year if they first modify the client's loan. Our Loan modification packages are based on each individual lender’s loan modification guidelines which makes them more concrete and simple. In the event a property has already been foreclosed, we provide the needed assistance to re-establish homeowners' financial portfolios with an objective to regain ownership of the property. This Website will describe to programs that are available to you. Save Your Properties Vision Statement Our vision is to help individuals who are not in a position to save their property for unforeseen circumstances. We will do this by redeeming their property, reconciling them back to ownership, reviving and restoring them through education, and transforming them into knowledgeable investors who in turn will assist in doing the same for others.
Slogan “Save Your Properties: Where we are Redeeming the Land”
Scripture Reference
Leviticus 25:23-28 (New International Version) “The land must not be sold permanently, because the land is mine and you are but aliens and my tenants. Throughout the country that you hold as a possession, you must provide for the redemption of the land. "If one of your countrymen becomes poor and sells some of his property, his nearest relative is to come and redeem what his countryman has sold. If, however, a man has no one to redeem it for him but he himself prospers and acquires sufficient means to redeem it, he is to determine the value for the years since he sold it and refund the balance to the man to whom he sold it; he can then go back to his own property. But if he does not acquire the means to repay him, what he sold will remain in the possession of the buyer until the Year of Jubilee. It will be returned in the Jubilee, and he can then go back to his property. Click here to find out more about our President: LaTrice Martin-Gault
